To officially secure a slot on our schedule, an initial deposit must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Remaining balances must be processed electronically prior to the pickup date, as we do not accept cash-on-delivery for pickup orders. Failure to respond to automated payment reminders or clear these balances by their respective deadlines will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.
